Check the event viewer:
Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer.
Once opened, navigate to:
Application and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > RemoteAssistance.
Then select Operational.
Read the lower pane as you select different events in the upper pane and see if any info jumps out at you.
