| | Messenger 2011 - Request Remote Assistance. Can someone please point me to an Window Live Messenger 2011 forum. For some reason we are getting the following messages when trying to use Remote Assistance via Messenger 2011. Frustrated! Thanks in advance. |

| | Check the event viewer: Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer. Once opened, navigate to: Application and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > RemoteAssistance. Then select Operational. Read the lower pane as you select different events in the upper pane and see if any info jumps out at you. |
