Window7 bootmgr is compressed. Press CTRL ALT DELETE to restart
I had this situation on my Window 7 Dell Inspiron E-1705. In the start up I pressed F2 for set up. In boot sequence I select the #1 for CD/DVD and turned off all the other BIOS. Then I inserted the Window 7 DVD OS into the DVD Reader. I turned the computer on and the DVD started to download the files. I clicked "Repair my computer". The program ask me for the Driver Installation disk, and them the computer logo appeared. I right click on the computer logo and open properties. In properties I unchecked the compressed options. Close all pages and star up again. The computer would back to normal.
