    Delete windows update backups.

Make sure all of your files are sorted into the User folders, then go through and throw out what you don't need.

Uninstall any Programs you don't use or want.

Some of these steps may help: Clean up factory bloatware

    Then clean up with CCleaner.

Go into Computer, right click on Local Disk (C: ) -> Properties ->Disk Cleanup
Allow it to scan your computer then check items you want to delete.

If drive space is that low have you considered buying a bigger hard drive?

If you post your system specifications we can offer advice on which one to buy.

In fact, you might want to consider buying a solid-state drive - a performance boost and more storage space can't be bad.

Configure system restore to use less disk space.

To gain Disk Space in C Drive please go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features and uninstall the programs that you don't use. Then open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features and click on Turn Windows Features on and off and uninstall the features that you hardly use.
