Well to clear up the last question on what games that I want to play that are they are older games form Windows 95 the game's are called: Duke Nukem three D & Star Wars: Droid Works, I've loved those games scene I've gotten them. I'm going to try to answer this.
Windows 7 releases to the general public on Oct 22, 2009.
Most older games should run just fine...AFAIK
Windows 7 pricing depends upon the version. I'll assume Home Premium would be alright for you. Here is a link describing pricing; Windows 7 pricing announced: cheaper than Vista (Updated) - Ars Technica
Flat screens won't be streched out. When you install your video card driver, you will be able to set your resolution to whatever the resolution of your monitor is.
Best Buy and others won't know exactly what you will need....unless they recently sold you the computer. You will just need the drivers for the hardware that you have installed. You may have to find a small computer shop to help you with the install however if you aren't savvy at all with computers.
Sorry about the antennae question..but I have cable and know absolutely nothing about them. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Self-Built in July 2009 OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Intel Q9550 2.83Ghz OC'd to 3.40Ghz Motherboard Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R rev. 1.1, F12 BIOS Memory 8GB G.Skill PI DDR2-800, 4-4-4-12 timings Graphics Card EVGA 1280MB Nvidia GeForce GTX570 Sound Card Realtek ALC899A 8 channel onboard audio Monitor(s) Displays 23" Acer x233H Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard ABS M1 Mechanical Mouse Logitech G9 Laser Mouse PSU Corsair 620HX modular Case Antec P182 Cooling stock Hard Drives Intel X25-M 80GB Gen 2 SSD

Yes, you can tell them you are looking for a computer for gaming. Since you are getting new, it will come with Windows 7 after Oct 22. I would wait until then, rather than buying now and trying to upgrade on your own. And everything you need would already be installed on a brand new machine. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Self-Built in July 2009 OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Intel Q9550 2.83Ghz OC'd to 3.40Ghz Motherboard Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R rev. 1.1, F12 BIOS Memory 8GB G.Skill PI DDR2-800, 4-4-4-12 timings Graphics Card EVGA 1280MB Nvidia GeForce GTX570 Sound Card Realtek ALC899A 8 channel onboard audio Monitor(s) Displays 23" Acer x233H Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard ABS M1 Mechanical Mouse Logitech G9 Laser Mouse PSU Corsair 620HX modular Case Antec P182 Cooling stock Hard Drives Intel X25-M 80GB Gen 2 SSD

Yes, but "most" of them do not. Hence the reason that I said "most".
Also, I've never seen a tower in a retail store like Best Buy come with casters. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Self-Built in July 2009 OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Intel Q9550 2.83Ghz OC'd to 3.40Ghz Motherboard Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R rev. 1.1, F12 BIOS Memory 8GB G.Skill PI DDR2-800, 4-4-4-12 timings Graphics Card EVGA 1280MB Nvidia GeForce GTX570 Sound Card Realtek ALC899A 8 channel onboard audio Monitor(s) Displays 23" Acer x233H Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard ABS M1 Mechanical Mouse Logitech G9 Laser Mouse PSU Corsair 620HX modular Case Antec P182 Cooling stock Hard Drives Intel X25-M 80GB Gen 2 SSD
