correcting error 511

my computer slows down @ start up and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to connect internet and after crashing chkdsk is verifying correcting error in index $130 for file 511?

Run chkdsk from the recovery console, but you might wanna do a reinstall for your own good.

this is second computer and first one after reinstalling was freezing and had same connection problems and crashes too.
