    Now my windows 7 color scheme has changed to basic
    can anyone tell me how can i chage it to my original scheme

    Right click on the desktop, select customize in the context menu, and apply windows aero theme.

    Deleting just your temp files should have absolutely no effect on your visual theme. How did you go about deleting your temp files?
