    Boot configuration data (BCD)


    Hello everybody,

    I wouldlike to know how to enable/disable the BCD.
    Can you help me please?

    T.Y. in advance

    antivirus is warning about the BCD is allawing non-signed drivers installation.
    Would like to fix this.
    Is it worth it?

    You need to boot into Windows 7's advanced boot options, as this tutorial explains.

    Advanced Boot Options

    Have a look at Disable Driver Signature Enforcement: Allows drivers containing improper signatures to be temporarily installed.

    What are the drivers you're trying to install?

    Run a full scan with Malwarebytes.

    Replace your AV with Microsoft Security Essentials or Avast 6 for best performance and least trouble.

    thx for replying

    I don't have any virusses/malware .I have alredy scanned with malwarebytes ecc.
    I don't have to install / do any specific thing.

    The only thing I want to do is to "fix" that BCD.

    Check these two links, but I'm intrigued as to why you want tio install unsigned drivers.

    I don't want to disable, I want to Enable

    I don't want to instal unsigned drivers! (lol!) I only want to do the opposite.
