Will try the TUT tommorow but I don't think it's the network adapter because I already switched to a new one so... still hapening

and yeah it really slows down my pc

report from DPC Latency checker all bars are green untill I download a file ...

So we really need to find out which driver is causing this ...

I'm going to go off a limb here and assume you are using a wireless USB dongle for networking...Well those are no good to begin with. Suffice to say wireless USB dongles are just bad, you'll never get rid of high Interrupts.

Yes I do this a 2005 computer so ... :P no wireless network card

Listen to logicearth. It sounds like he hit the nail on the head. Stating that you were using wireless (especially an add-on USB dongle) earlier on would have helped us figure this out.

But, My laptop has a network card an I also have the same problem on there even in safe mode ...

tested windows XP (clean install) I installed my drivers tested it again and same thing on XP

Bump, Using utorrent but it's not caused by that because if I download with chrome I also get high dpc usage here some pics maybe you can take a closer look at the problem now:
