Generally, this is a sign of an infection of some sort, whether it be virus or malware of some sort. Clean your system for any and all bugs of that nature but do it in full scan mode...it's going to take awhile so be patient. Also, run more than just malware type app.

When you use utorrent you can get infected in a very short time, less than a minute. Scans once a month is good but doing them when their might be a problem is also important. Utorrents is one of the best ways to get infected known to mankind.

You should use more than just one software application to scan for malware....not one program finds everything, if so everyone would be using it. Some suggestions.

    Malwarebytes
    SpyBot S&D
    Super AntiSpyware
    Ccleaner
    Adaware

Please help me fix this ok this is weird a friend of mine had the same problem... he installed Windows XP Pro and now the interrupts are at max 3% even with 2mb/s so is this a problem with Windows 7 or what ?? maybe you guys can't see this bug because you all have a strong processor but I have a Pentium 4 ... But yeah that has nothing to do with it because on XP it uses max 3% of the cpu ...
