Seven Forums and Microsoft Community Contributor Badge
-
i just think those that continuously stick it to the man shouldnt expect too much from the man,
also the mcca is about the community contributions, if all you contribute is a shitfest of hate on microsoft then dont expect too much, we nominate candidates here on the forums then debate about the list we put forward. in an ethical way of course.

We provide tens of millions of dollars of top quality support for Win7 here that MS doesn't have to pay out. Watching them struggle to make their own forums interactive like ours for their top MVP's for four years now at the Global MVP Summit it is clear that it's not going to happen and we are the "man" when it comes to quality high volume Support for Win7.
It's revealing that you use such terms to deride those who thoughtfully and accurately reflect that vast majority of public opinion about Windows 8. Perhaps you're mistaking seven spirit for h8. I've only read thoughtful analysis here, about a disaster which has rocked the company so greatly it's taken down the CEO and has left us as one of the few stable pillars propping up their greatest success, which by all appearances they had intended to abandon for a ridiculously unworthy successor.

ah! thats better, i just had forty winks...
fortunately i dont see a lot of the h8 posts as i have put some of the H8r members on my ignore list.
and i stay out of most of those debates.
having said that it was mentioned earlier the thread is taking a left turn ...
...i concur

Thank you kindly Marko.

I'm impressed by the amount of people who have the badge. I am working towards this as well. I think it would be pretty neat to have a Cisco badge too Just because I'm finishing up my CCENT
But...
Congrats to All the Recipients!

Thank yous to Marko, and Thomas for your kind words.
Tom, if I may call you that. Check with the Admins, I don't know about copyrights but maybe they can place it under your Avatar or maybe you could add it to your signature?

Cisco have a strict policy in terms of representing a certified individual. When I got certified I had to agree to a Logo and Trademark Agreement. It says that you cannot use any logo on a website that offers a service. Not sure if this site does... Grey area?
Also if you are to put it into your signature you must abide by the size and colour requirements mentioned in the agreement. Also make sure you word the achievement appropriately. For example the certification should not be referenced as a noun.
lastly, You need to clearly reference the certification with your full name to avoid any confusion with Sevenforums themselves be Cisco certified. I'm saying this because Cisco will not hesitate to strip you of your certifications if you break the agreement. If you haven't done so already you will be required to agree upon start of your exam (At least that's what I had to do).
The trademark policy is located here - Career Certification Logos - Doing Business With Cisco - Cisco Systems
You can place it in your biography section of your profile here if you wish as long as you have your name referenced. Not sure about being in the signature though.
EDIT: Good luck with your exam
Also Congratulations Steve on your badge! Well deserved :)
Hope This Helps,
Josh :)
