pc display blurry after removing graphics card

    i did take it apart and put it back together but nothing still the same issue i just put the graphics card back in and did my half an hour attempt to turn it on. it eventually booted up properly no blurry screen or anything. is just hard turning it on, reboots on its own, and freezes on its own when browsing the web

    I'd test the hardware first:
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+
    HD Diagnostic extended CD scan
    CPU - Stress Test with Prime95 - Windows 7 Forums

    If you want to mess with troubleshooting the OS I'd work through these troubleshooting steps.

    I would probably just move directly to clean reinstall using the Installation DVD with SP1 as this will correct any problems with the OS if they exist all at once.

    Where did you get Win7 Ultimate 64 bit?
