Try Disabling all of those using CCleaner, but DO NOT Delete them, you may need them back later on.

Restart your Computer and see if the problem persists.

Let the SFC Scan and the full Malwarebytes Scan continue.

If the steps above don't help, try running a HiJackThis Full Scan, and then a SpyBot Search and Destroy Scan. Then try installing MSE and running that too.

    Wow! Thanks so much!

I'm glad I have came in help and you have found a solution :). I would try Enabling and Disabling each one after a Restart until you find the cause of the problem and uninstall it.

I would still run a SFC ScanNow and a MBAM Scan though just incase.

    Same problem

    Hi jacin,
I'm experiencing the same problem on my XPS 15z. the only thing I can imagine is that it's started probably after updating the trackpad drivers.

could you find which process was causing the troubles?

    yes I did.
I blocked all the start process with CCleaner and the problem disappeared.

before starting restarting them I was wondering if Jacin could understand which of the running process was causing that.

Try manually enabling and disabling each one after a restart if you have the time.

Show a list of CCleaner startup processes please.

    Cypress Semiconductor

I used sysinternals procexp64 and noticed that the Cypress Semiconductor touchpad that comes with the XPS notebooks has a little hidden window program.

I uninstalled the Cypress drivers (as I don't need the cool features that it brings) and so far, the problem mentioned has disappeared.
