How to open clipboard on windows7

Sorry guys, I know this is a silly question, but i'm trying to open the clipboard, however when i type 'clipbrd.exe' nothing opens. What am i doing wrong?

Read this thread it will in lighten you Clipboard Shortcut basically you need a third-party program to manage your clipboard.
