THANKS! this worked perfectly. Last question, is there anyway to get the recycle bin docked on the taskbar? I know the workaround via creating a toolbar but I just want to have it appear like the rest of my docked apps

Yep there is in the tutorial section search for pinning to taskbar.

I know how to pin apps to the taskbar, you just drag them. But when you drag the recycle bin it only pins to windows explorer which i dont want

found it just cant get it to show when empty or full, have to choose one or the other via the 'create shortcut' work-around...

anyone know if i should try and sync my ipod to my windows 7 partition? Will it overwrite everything or should it work fine since it is using the same library as my vista partition

I got my DELL D830 Laptop touchpad to scroll by installing the ALPS driver for the Inspiron machine (latest driver from alps for win 7) It installed and worked first time. The synaptics driver is for different hardware.
    Version Alps TouchPad, v.7.1209.101.204, A05
