Jumping Cursor

When i'm inputting data into search boxes etc. Sometimes my cursor will jump backward or move while i am typing text. It happens sometimes causing me to enter part of my password in the username fields thus revealing part of my passwords. At first i though it was due to the page continuing to load but it also happens after a webpage has fully loaded.

Is this some type of malware of glitch or something? Please help. Thanks in advance.

My cursor only jumps when my laptop is plugged into the charger, when its fully charged and unplugged it works perfectly, I'm in Windows 7 with a Dell Vostro.

Dear Kari,
what can be the reason if the cursor jumps or moves erratically while using a wired mouse? This is happening to me!
