| | Cannot save to my computer because save as dialog box disappears I have a Dell Inpiron with the Windows 7 Home Premium x64 operating system. When I click on the save as diolog box within any program (Microsoft Office starter edition Excel or Word, an upgrade to a file, such as ITunes, an attachment in an email, or a pdf file, the dialog box disappears and nothing happens. I basically cannot save anything to my computer regardless of what program I am using. I have tried system restore but have had not luck. Please help me! Thanks. |
