    Problem with restrictions

OK this needs to be fixed asap. This is my own personal computer.

I got a virus, malware, backdoor and a load of other bad stuff on my computer by running what was supposed to be a runescape bot. Turns out it wasnt.

The program disabled my task manager and set restrictions so i cant access the folders of c:\users\me\appdata and downloads.

I downloaded and installed malwarebytes and i ran it managed to remove all the bad programs like Trojans.

The only thing i need to fix now before my pc is back to the way it was is the access to downloads and app data. Then ill have full access again.

    I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit.

    Thanks in advance.

That is the exact same thing for AppData.

I have not been able to find a fix.
