Windows 7 - Icons move after remote desktop connection

| | Icons move after remote desktop connection When I connect to my PC from my laptop via Remote Desktop, it moves all my icons. Is there any way to disable this? |

| | This probably happens from your laptop screen size being smaller/different than your desktop screen size, so it rearranges them all when you connect in order to display them on your smaller/different screen. Unfortunately, there's no way to prevent this that I know of other than connecting with a system of the same screen size. |
