I use Daemon Tools Lite, which is free. You just install it, which creates a virtual ("pretend") drive, and mount the iso. You could also try Alcohol 120%. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP Pavilion HPE h8m OS Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1 CPU AMD FX-6100 Six-Core 3.30GHz Memory 6GB DDR3-1333MHz SDRAM Graphics Card 2GB DDR3 nVidia GeForce GT 530 Screen Resolution 1440x900 Other Info Brand new PC |

I have been using Slysoft's Virtual CloneDrive SlySoft Virtual CloneDrive for a longtime now. A simple, no-frills and reliable driver that does not muck up the system in anyway.
Coupled with mikinho's Mount Image Mikinho | Mount Image which adds the ISOs to the media library, it mounts and plays the ISOs in W7MC. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit |

Daemon Tools Lite is king. It's simple and I've never encountered a single bug. Possibly my favorite application overall in years.
Also if it's only movies then VLC Media Player will play them, and just about anything else, perfectly. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP Customized OS Windows 7 Professional x64 CPU AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Motherboard OEM 785G Memory 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz Dual Channel Graphics Card PNY Nvidia GeForce GTX 560Ti OC XLR8 @ 1025/2050Mhz Sound Card Onboard 5.1 Monitor(s) Displays Acer S232HL LED Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Logitech G19 Mouse Logitech G500 PSU Thermaltake Black Widow 850w Modular Quad Rail Case HP OEM for now with heavy modding for decent cooling Cooling Cpu: Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler | 3X 120mm Hard Drives 1TB 5,400Rpm Green Internet Speed 20MB/5MB Other Info Waiting for Ivy Bridge |
