Laptop is getting stuck on windows welcome screen..

    when i am done downloading should i douoble click and look for that little box that you posted in pge 3 "Windows disc image burner" or when will that box pop up?

    When the downloading is done, leave the downloaded iso alone. Dont touch it. Open ImgBurn ... and follow the steps mentioned here ... Click Laptop is getting stuck on windows welcome screen..

    now that it's burned to a disc should i double click the file i downloaded to test and see if that box pops up?

    this disc is already different because now it says press any key to boot from cd. Will keep you posted

    ok NOW the disc is working, box popped up saying exactly that..searching for op systems. It found my win 7 . Now I have a few options.. I can click the win 7 and highlight the bubble "use recovery tools that can help fix problems sarting Windows" or the other bubble says Restore your computer using system image i created. Also when i click a bubble it has the "next" button or to the left of that is a "load drivers" button?

    Click on the 'other options' which will bring you to another window with several options. Use startup repair option. You will need to run it at least 3 times, but try to boot normally after each startup repair.
