    System locale problem.

As my browser chrome cannot read Chinese characters in the tab menu and in the drop down box while I'm searching therefore I switch my system locale to Chinese. It works but now my intel graphic and media control panel is displaying in chinese. Is there a way to have my system locale in chinese yet having no change in my application?

That's up to the Intel program to decide. It's programmed to use whatever language you've chosen in Windows, by the looks of things.

Have a look in the Settings in the Intel program - there might be an option to choose a specific language (it's probably on 'auto').

If you want multi-language support you'll need to upgrade to the Ultimate version of Windows 7.

Looks like you're stuck with it, then! Intel's just trying to be helpful showing their program in the language for the region you chose.
