You have 2 options...
You could Repair Install or
type CMD into the start menu then right-click 'cmd' and 'run as administrator', next type sfc /scannow and this will check your system files and replace any corrupt or damaged files.

Edit: Now I know what make my Windows got problem, there are 2 trojan horse in my PC from a crack. After follow the Windows 7 Repair step guide, everything is okay now. Thanks again.
