| | why does this little rotating aqua blue ring appear when my pc freezes for anywhere from 5-10 seconds my computer will freeze & this little rotating aqua blue ring will appear. then the screen (browser that i have open) blinks & returns to normal. does this have anything to do with windows 7? |

If you give us the make and model we can look up the standard configuration. Also there are 3rd party applications (free) that can gather all the information for you. Make and model is probably the fastest |
