Windows 7: Task Scheduler not running when Windows is locked.

Task Scheduler not running when Windows is locked.

I've created a task with Task Scheduler 1.0. I want it to open an Access database on my network. If I leave it to run only when the user is logged on, it runs fine. However, I want it to run at 2:00 a.m. when I'm not here. If I set it to Run whether the user is logged on or not, I'm prompted for my password, which I enter. I've then tested it by setting the time to 3 or 4 minutes ahead of the current time and Alt+Ctrl+Del and "Lock this computer"

If the computer is locked, the task doesn't run. Any ideas WHY!?
