Give it a rest for a day or so, then come back to it. If it keeps having issues, you might want to purchase a SATA/IDE to USB connector and hook your hard drive up to another computer and copy the data off that way.

    Newegg.com - Vantec 2.5"/3.5"/5.25" SATA/IDE to USB 2.0 Adapter - Model CB-ISATAU2

    Newegg.com - BYTECC BT-300 USB 2.0 to IDE/SATA Adapter

Did you get chkdsk to run?

You will need to boot using your USB. Change the boot order in your bios to look for a USB device to boot with instead of the HD.

Is your USB drive bootable? You cant just copy a Windows 7 disk or .iso file to a USB. Read this for instructions. https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2432-usb-windows-7-installation-key-drive-create.html

Let Windows format and install on your hard drive.
I think i have t buy a new hard disk cuz it wont even open in safe mode now. Im doomed lol. Tks for the help..

Since it won't boot, you can also use a Linux Live CD to browse and transfer you files from the drive:
