Windows 7 Dock on Desktop?

Hi there guys

New to the site so please be nice to me.

I have a Tablet running windows 7 and have seen some Desktop pc,s that have a Dock at the bottom of the desktop in the middle with icons in it and just wanted to know how can i get that on my desktop for my tablet please.

try using objectdock, itts free and easy to use, you can have a lot of fun searching for icons that suit you.
check out D.Arnaez's icons they are second to none.
