I'm new here
Came asking for help w/a relatively rare issue, a feature of win7 im trying to configure on my own (brave little me!). I got this far w/the help of this forum, just by reading, but now I'm at a loss again and would like assistance...

Where is the Avatar setting to upload one? Also, what about a signature block ... where are these ... I only see the basic junk like history, likes, location, etc.

Or do I have to be a 'member' for a certain period before the option is available?

Welcome to Seven Forums BAMF. You should be able to use an avatar, but have to wait to display a sig. Click on User CP (on top in most skins), then on left under Settings & Options you will see settings for avatar and signature.
