Michael and I live in AZ outside Tucson.
I have a laptop, ASUS U50F that is acting up and I need answers to a few questions.

The unit won't load home page half the time or will be in the middle of a site or researh when IT explains that "Internet explorer can't display" or other such nonsense, ... also stating I should check my internet connection.

Well, I'm usually online when these things happen and if I just keep reloading page, after page, sooner or later it will do what I ask.

Q: should I suspect IE or laptop
Q: What should I do now.

I am Jenna, I am not very technical and do not do a lot with my PC besides play online games and surf the web.
