    Possible atieclxx.exe problems?

Why does my computer continuously scroll to the bottom of every drop down box and to the right of every web page? I've read it may have something to do with the atieclxx.exe process, but have had no success in ending the process or even accessing it. Every time I try to update my ATI drivers I get an error. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit on a desktop.

Does the problem happen if you boot to Safe Mode with Networking?

Yes, it still happens. I've tried every troubleshooting to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd be more inclined to think it's a mouse or keyboard problem. Do you have others you can try?
