    how to remove "Settings Lock"


    hey my bro set a gay wallpaper on my desktop then he installed settings lock
    I managed to change the wallpaper but now I'm stuck with Settings Lock the link in add/remove programs is not working to uninstall and when I reboot the PC I get an error message for 2 .dll that I forgot the full name
    help!!!

    Type gpedit.msc in run and hit enter. A new window will open,

    how to remove "Settings Lock"-capture.png

    Navigate to user configurations>administrative template>control panel>Add or remove programs. There disable all the policies starting with hide and restart your computer.

    system error
    can't launch winsp.exe
    can't launch irsprp.exe
    missing DLL

    Try opening Command Prompt (run as admin) and type:
    Code:
    sfc /scannow
    This should repair any registry errors.

    did not work

    What do u mean by the setting lock in your first post?

    Is it a software to deny access to all this?

    it's a software that locks settings on the PC, I don't know it, my brother installed it to piss me off

    AT some point in time it is just going to be easier to clean re-install. Kill your brother and re-install the OS
