Is there a way to store text strings in a function or "hotkey?"

In a Windows 7 environment, is there a way that I can store into a function or hotkey of sorts, a string of text that I type repeatedly so that I don't have to keep typing it? I have probably a half dozen or so of these sentences that, if this is possible, could really save me some time, since my typing skills aren't my greatest asset. These would be used in outgoing emails from Lotus Notes.

Thanks! It looks like what I need. I'll see if the Administrator will allow me to install it.

If your administrator does not allow you to install the software then you could consider
a hardware hotkey keyboard (eg. Martian Keyboard).
Then you can store long text strings such as a sentence or short paragraph to a key.
Of course it would also allow you to make hotkeys for shortcuts too. I think at least
800 shortcuts could fit on the martian keyboard by using "Layer" keys.

After the keyboard is programmed, then you could use it on a Win 7 without any
software on the Win 7, so the administrator boss guy can't complain. :)
