Can Non-Windows 7 open Windows Zipped Folders

I have to send a 96 MB folder to a number of people, many of those people do not have Windows 7. The contents of the folder cannot be divided. It must be kept intact. If I use Windows 7 to Zip that folder will recipients who do not have Win 7 have problems unzipping it? Is there a better way to send that 96 MB folder?

A Zip is a Zip. There shouldn't be any trouble.
