How can I delete the guest account in windows 7 pro ?

I upgraded from windows 7 home premium to 7 pro. Now I have a guest account and I can not delete it. No one shares my computer and I do not want to have to choose an account when I boot the computer. I have tried a couple of things from the forum and it still says it can't be deleted. I am the administrator.

    Hello Gmcgee,

You could turn off the guest account to remove it from the log on screen.

Guest Account - Turn On or Off

    ...or disable it.

User Account - Enable or Disable

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

    goto:
    control panel>administrative tools>computer management>local users and groups>users
    now right click on "Guest">properties
now check "Account is disabled" checkbox

Guest account is buit in account and may not be delete but reather disabled.
but you may delete it in administrative tools dialog if you want so.
