Hey guys I have a question. I am selling my netbook but however I upgraded it to Ultimate. Is there a way I can put it back to Starter edition for the customer or do I have to reinstall windows 7 to starter edition? Thanks for your help.
You will need to reinstall using a Starter Install Disk or use a Recovery Partition or System Recovery Disk that came with the Netbook depending on it's make.
I suggest you run a clean all so the data cannot be revived.

You may be able to run Factory Recovery if you still have the Recovery partition on the netbook. This will put all of the preinstalled software back on the netbook which the new owner might want.
In the future make your Recovery disks/stick or save externally a Windows 7 backup image before upgrading so you have a path back.
