Try this it can help and won't hurt
Start and go to CMD, right click, run as admin.
Type in sfc /scannow and hit enter.
This is System File Checker. It will check Windows 7 system files for errors and repair them if it can. Run it 3 times booting between each one.

Been there on your answer. It's looks like there's more going on here. Look at the amount of errors. I'm looking fot the Task Proxy but can't seem to find it. Any Help.
