HELP: 2 partitions on WIN7 ULTIMATE

Mga bro & sis patulong naman. Hindi ko kasi maresize yung C: partition ko. Sobrang liit ng space. 32GB lang. tapos yung D: ko 200. kapag nagrerestart ako after iresize yung partition biglang may error na lumalabas.tapos "press any key" na lumalabas tapos balik parin sa dati. Ano kaya pwede kong gamitin dun?

Move the files off of D and delete it in Disk Managment.

Right click on C to Extend it to take up the old D space.
