anybody knows about ixlzzwda service?

    anybody knows about ixlzzwda service?


    this should be his path C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\IXLZZWDA.exe,but doesnt seem to be there.Found it while fidelling around with cutting down unused services,this one doesnt even have a description!If there are any clues,let everybody know...

    Likely malware. The random lettered name and the location of it are very suspicious. I would disable the service at minimum, then do a malware scan with MalwareBytes (Malwarebytes : Free anti-malware, anti-virus and spyware removal download)

    Then a full virus scan with MSE or whatever you may have installed for AV software.

    Even Google doesn't seem to know. Have you run a virus check on this file?

    As the .exe file is located in \AppData\Local\Temp\ therefore the service can be stopped and the file can normally be quite safely deleted.

    Yeah these days most malware and virii scramble their exe and dll names so they can't be looked up easily by AV software or by users on Google. Though that in itself is almost a 100% guarantee that it IS a "bad" file.

    eset,gmer and malwarebytes found natha,i deleted easily the file,deleted the related service with a command,hopefully no harm done.I ll keep the thread up to date or mark it as solved in a couple of days.Thanks for the immediate response,nice to know someone listens (reads) out there...
