Problem Steps Recorder
I just found out about this today - psr.exe
Window 7 Problem Steps Recorder will record your mouse clicks (with screen shots and instructions) if you want to make a tutorial and send the zip file to someone you are trying to help.

So far I have found it is best to make your mouse pointer as large as possible and run psr.exe as administrator. Also after you open the zip file it makes, click on "slide show".
