Yes I did and here is their reply:
Our hardware, combined with our software, wakes teh Warpia device a video card. When our software is installed the laptop has to interact with our video drivers
. Laptops can handle power management a little differently than desktops in that they have a more direct relationship with the on-board graphics card than one would typically find in a desktop.
So my thinking on this is that the laptop is not interacting well with our driver
. We've only come across this issue three times in the last three years so I don't think it's an issue in our driver.
