Windows 7: System will not boot, cannot use F8, cannot access advanced boot menu

You must burn bootable disks from their ISO file with an Image Burner or they will not boot. Windows Image Burner is fine.

If you have more than one HD make sure the Windows 7 HD is set first to boot.

Start now working through the steps to Fix Unbootable Windows 7 as you've not even begun them yet.
