    reagentc /enable : operation failed : 3

    reagentc /enable : operation failed : 3

There is not "recovery" menu at F8 menus. So I found the reason.
When I am installing windows 7, I have stopped oobe.

According to some documents, I open cmd and entered commend.

    HTML Code:
    C:\Users\Administrator>reagentc.exe /enable
    REAGENTC.EXE: operation failed: 3
    How to resolve this problem?

    Yes, windows is working well.

    Hello windstory
From looking at the post, you are not at an elevated cmd prompt. Administrator: Command Prompt should be at
C:\windows\system32> NOT C:\users\Administrator> at least that is correct for my computer and Win 7.

    TJG/

    That shows same result.

    reagentc /disable
    Following Error message is out:
    REAGENTC.EXE: Operation failed: 3
    Could not find specified path
    And I tried this,

    c:\Windows\SysWOW64\Reagentc.exe /enable
    REAGENTC.EXE: operation failed 64e
    Product is uninstalled
