Windows XP Will Soon be Windows 7

It is very possible that the complexity of the required processes that are being recommended to that user are beyond his comfort level of knowledge. In this case, I would guess he should bring his PC to a service center, or employ the services of someone knowledgable to help him out. It is realized there will be a cost for this, but in this case he may have no other option.

I am doing support at a professional level. I can see that a good number of the users are not comfortable to do many of the processes that are required for properly maintaining a system, keeping it safe, and being able to follow instructions to make fixes.
