Computer crashed in sleep mode then reboots/shuts down unlimited times

Last night i manually put my computer in sleep mode and went to bed. When i woke up i came down and my computer was rebooting itself then shutting itself down as soon as it rebooted. I stood there and watched it do this about 4 times, all 4 times my screen was black.

I then shut it down manual with the power button then rebooted it and it took me to a "Windows has improperly shut itself down" "Would you like to reboot in normal mode screen? I clicked yes and it took me to windows and it is fine now. What happened and how can i prevent this in the future?

update: i just called my computer manufacturer and he said because my GPU card is factory overclocked the lower power state of sleep mode might be the cause of what is crashing it and causing the power cycle to constantly reboot

I went to CMD and ran powercfg -energy and I got 3 main errors that might be the cause.

I'd change Power Options to High Performance, set Sleep temporarily to 1 minute, see how it does.

Next keep Sleep at 1 minute, set Hibernate to 2 minutes, watch it proceed.

If it works OK then set those to around 30 minutes Sleep and and hour Hibernate for ease of walking away without worrying about saving anything.
