Exactly what is hard to comprehend, quickdraw, so I can improve it? Just seems a bit too much for this guy. Judging by his comments. I was offering a simple solved for his issue. At least I thought, I was. Hey, no doubt your the pro and I'm the rookie here. Thanks, for sharing your knowledge. Her name is Diane, me thinks it's a lady No one knew that in the beginning of her posts. Nowadays, the term "GUY" is used for both sexes. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP/ Pavilion P6751C OS windows 7 home premium 64 bit CPU AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 830 Processor, 2800 Mhz, 4 core Motherboard N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix) motherboard Memory 12.00 GB Graphics Card ATI Radeon 4200 Sound Card Creative Labs Sound Blaster Recon3D Monitor(s) Displays 46" Sony TV KDL-46NX810 Screen Resolution 1920x1090P Keyboard Logitech USB Wireless K800 Mouse Logitech USB Wireless M305 PSU Internal 250W Case Mid-size ATX Cooling 1 rear case fan Hard Drives 1 TB Internet Speed 22mb-28mb |

Did you boot it using the F10 key as quickdraw suggested earlier?
And the "restore disk" you say it made is this to back up your data or did it burn Recovery to a disk to boot and run? It's a good idea to have the disks made in case the F10 Recovery should fail.
That was a good guess at F10 there, quickdraw, considering she hadn't posted her System Specs!
They're not always this easy, and we've helped here with thousands of these. No Guess! With her, the force is strong! hee! hee! | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP/ Pavilion P6751C OS windows 7 home premium 64 bit CPU AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 830 Processor, 2800 Mhz, 4 core Motherboard N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix) motherboard Memory 12.00 GB Graphics Card ATI Radeon 4200 Sound Card Creative Labs Sound Blaster Recon3D Monitor(s) Displays 46" Sony TV KDL-46NX810 Screen Resolution 1920x1090P Keyboard Logitech USB Wireless K800 Mouse Logitech USB Wireless M305 PSU Internal 250W Case Mid-size ATX Cooling 1 rear case fan Hard Drives 1 TB Internet Speed 22mb-28mb |

Guy's are Guy's and girls are really girls. I'm from Texas. Hee Haw! It wasn't that way there, either. However, since I moved to California it's a different story, here. I hear guys calling girls guys, and girls calling girls guys. I even hear the same with DUDE! Guess, that's some of the modern changes. At least, it's that way in the liberal state of California. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP/ Pavilion P6751C OS windows 7 home premium 64 bit CPU AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 830 Processor, 2800 Mhz, 4 core Motherboard N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix) motherboard Memory 12.00 GB Graphics Card ATI Radeon 4200 Sound Card Creative Labs Sound Blaster Recon3D Monitor(s) Displays 46" Sony TV KDL-46NX810 Screen Resolution 1920x1090P Keyboard Logitech USB Wireless K800 Mouse Logitech USB Wireless M305 PSU Internal 250W Case Mid-size ATX Cooling 1 rear case fan Hard Drives 1 TB Internet Speed 22mb-28mb |
