Hi all,
Just installed an OEM version of Windows 7 Ultimate on a custom-made machine. It gets to the point of logging in. I type in Administrator and press enter, and I get the response, "You're account has been disabled. Please see your network administrator."
As it stands, I can't log in at all without Administrator working. Anyone have ideas on fixing this? Thanks,

Hello and welcome to SevenForums.
The account named "Administrator" is a special built in account that is disabled by default.
You should have been prompted to enter an Account Name during the install.
That is the account you should use to log in.
If you named this account "Administrator" during the install, I'm not sure what would happen, or if that's even possible.

Why would you name your account administrator ? Didn`t you use your name. Did you make a password ?
Doesn`t windows go to the desktop ?
What was the account you set up by name during install?
This is by default an Administrative level account since it's assumed you're the owner when you install the OS.
Is it available to Log in?
I would start over. Just use your name and NO PASSWORD. You can make 1 later. You will be restarting your machine many times, so it becomes a real pain in the .... neck.
