Windows update wipes out all toolbars

I have a windows update that is reoccurring. Every time it runs it wipes out all my tool bars including the basic bar that contains the File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools and Help. How do I get those back? I haven’t had any success and just restoring the computer to a previous time.

    Thanks

    Welcome
Sometimes updates are more trouble than they are worth. Set your windows updater to notify and not to install. Then when you get the updates right click on the problem one and then hide. It will not bother your again.
