No boot drive detected on restart

Every time I restart my computer, it says no boot drives detected. It just shows a list like:
SATA 0-Installed
SATA 1-Installed
SATA 2-Installed

I have to insert my Windows 7 disc and select repair. The only thing that gets me up again is to restore to a previous point. I do that and I boot up just fine.

I figured I was installing something that Windows didn't like, so I tried just restarting w/o doing anything. Same problem.
