Do you want to dual-boot or just install another operating system?

We're not mind readers so the more information you give us when you post a comment the better we can help you. :)

You didn't say with which operating system so I'll brush up on my mind-reading skills.

    Or perhaps?

So make a partition on your current hard drive, drop the windows installation dvd into your dvd player, restart the pc, press any key when it gives you the prompt. Choose the partition you made to install windows.

or if you are adding another hard drive pick that to install windows to.

I`d advise doing research before you attempt this as it sounds as though you`ve never done it.

What is the purpose of your dual boot ?

What OS do you have installed now?

What OS do you want to install.

Let's do something really fun by making a screenshot. If you have WIn7 click this blue link to make one and post it back: Screen Shots

If you have any other OS then use this method to make the fun screenshot and attach it back with the little paper clip in the reply box: Screenshot with Paint
