State your priorities in descending order.

    State your budget.

Name the components you will need and not need.

Do you have a preferred vendor from which to purchase?

descending like what i need first? ok
i want to be able to play ANY game, and most of them max graphics on my 48 inch hdtv
i want to be able to run a minecraft server with like 6 gb of ram so theres no lag
i want to be able to tell my "friend" to go shove his computer up his ass uz mine is much better

my budget is $500, NEVER over $600 and preferrably not over $530
my preffered vendor is probably newegg because their stuff is cheaper, but i dont mind going to another legit site for a cheaper part

We can't do that because we don't know anything at all about your friend's computer. Maybe he has a Cray?

Take a few deep breaths, walk around the block a few times, then post a better thought out list of priorities.

You didn't provide a list of parts, such as:

    OS
    Case
    Processor
    RAM
    video card
    motherboard
    keyboard
    mouse
    power supply
    modem
    sound card
    hard drives
    SSD

And so on. What parts will you be buying and which will you be reusing from your current PC????
