Can't get onto OS(windows 7). what do you suggest?

Hi everybody,
I'm having problems with my brand new laptop (aspire 5749z 4874)
One day I was listening to music and it suddenly froze, so I restarted the computer. And it loaded into a black screen and couldn't get onto the OS ever since.
I tried to recover it from the recovery disk but everytime I can only load 3 of 4 disks before it stops and when the computer reboots I get Windows Boot Manager message. File: \Windows\system32\winload.exe Status: 0xc000000f Info: The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt.

Can someone please tell me what is wrong with this with tthat message I am getting. Also do you think there is a way I can delete everything on my Hard disk without getting onto the OS?

A quick google on the error message turned up this:

Deleting everything from your hard disk is generally the easy part (assuming the CD drive is working), but if it is a new laptop, as much as it is a pain, you should take it back.

Normally you would work through these steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot - Windows 7 Forums to disinfect and then try repairing the system.

However if you jumped to running the Recovery Disks and then they failed you likely have nothing on the HD to repair. This is why it's best to try repairs first, then if you must run Recovery start it from the Fkey given at boot which is more stable, and so you have the disks as a backup.

Since your laptop is new I would consider strongly the suggestion to take it back. You also have manufacturer's tech support and full parts warranty for the first year. They can help you get it recovered, supplying new disks if necessary.

If you want to instead Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 then everything you need is in the blue link to get a superior clean install without the corrupting bloatware and useless factory utilities which have better versions built into Win7.

You could try booting a Linux based boot disc -it may be able to see the drive - if so, use that to transfer anything you need from that hd first.

There are a number you could try - this is worth a go - and it's free if you get it today:

you will need a free registration key

Paragon Partition Manager 11 SE Personal

program can be downloaded from here:

Paragon Partition Manager 11 Personal SE

Obviously, you need access to a machine so you can install it and run off the boot media.

I cannot get into the OS in any mode.
Seems like all the hardware is fine.
When I press atl +f8, I do not see the repair option.
I've also tried to recovery my computer from the atl +f10 option recovery. didn't work.

I'll try those links you've given me, greg.

Thanks everyone for trying to help.

If Factory Recovery from disks failed, then there likely is nothing to repair, just a partially installed OS.

If you want to try running the Recovery DIsks again, then wipe the HD first to get a cleaner slate. You can do this from the WIn7 Installation DVD in the Clean Reinstall link I provided or a Repair CD: Diskpart Clean Command accessing DISKPART At PC Startup.

Or you can download and burn to CD free Partition Wizard bootable CD using ImgBurn or an Image Burner, boot to wipe the HD from the Disk tab.

If Recovery disks still fail to run then your options are to call Tech Support for help including a new set of disks, or Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

does a windows 7 installation generally take along time?
Its completed copying windows files, expanding windows files, installing feautures, installing updates...
then it rebooted - its on the last part of completing installation.
It dosen't really look like the DL bar is moving. does it take a while for this part usually?
